VERY SATISFIED. They were professional in every respect: the quality of repair workmanship was superb, the logistics of the repair, loan car etc. was well handled, and our car returned to us looking like its former beautiful self. GREAT TEAM.

Satisfied with the service however need to provide loan vehicle, I believe the team need to work on it. Previously, there were good coffee and cookies, now they are being cut - so the overall service is getting reduced

The MOT tester failed the test because the tyre has a deep cut to the cord of the tyre. I understand the tester was erring on the side of caution due to safety. I feel its an over-exaggeration having inspected it. An advisory yes but not a fail.

I explained what's wrong with the car .engine has smoke and rpm is nit stable .they asked 75 pounds to put one screw on intake pipe .it took me 20 sec.to sort it

Work on car is good. But service is simple, give the key, someone comes and says hello and tells you the price, job is done then they come get the money. No service there. No coffee machine.

Although it was very busy on the day I visited, Will who looked after me on the day kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle throughout the time I was there, he was very friendly and helpful.

I feel it's difficult these days to find a garage not hiding behind a computer diagnostic. Gary was willing to give an opinion based on personal experience of owning an older model BMW. I really respect this.

Cont'd from above. - was clearly stated in their terms. I was then given a quote for the work, which I thought was too expensive and question. I was then told the quote would be reviewed and they'd call me back the next day. The call never came....

I'm not keen on your new drop off process. I completed on-line check-in as normal but on arrival I'm now asked for some of the same info. I also have to wait (10 mins) to see a Service Advisor who asks me some of the details already given.

Dont think service engineer could find the root cause of the problems and they were just asking me to change many parts costing over 4 grands without guaranteeing of solving the real problem. It appeared to be hit and trial method.

I presented my i3 with a rapid charging problem. My account was perfunctorily dismissed as irrelevant because it wasn't confirmed by fault codes, and the car charged in the workshop. A BP rapid in Crowthorne sometimes will, sometimes won't charge.

I called in at Sytner and explained that I had checked the battery on my car and it was low on charge.It was the original battery and the car is 13 years old. Will Taylor the service advisor squeezed me in to the schedule and I had the battery.

Everything went well. Two trivial observations for improvements. 1. I asked for a chat/quote on two minor scratches. This didn't happen 2. The complementary car wash seemed rushed as both the paintwork and glass were very smeared.

Gary Docherty was amazing as he advised me the issues with the car I was having and this was supposed to take 2 days to repair and needed new tyres to source as special tyres but managed to sort everything the next day

Their attention to detail. From Maya through to the Service engineer Zaks under car report which was very clear. Often the service engineers race through the underbody report and the audio is not so clear.

Booked location guidance was poor. Went to Sunningdale to be told it's Ascot and that this happens often. The staff could not provide me a justifiable explanation as to why this oil change was needed and not covered, complimentary wash non existent

All good really but noticed that the courtesy wash did not get all the brake dust off the wheels i.e. some edges still had brake film untouched. I very much liked the video report which was presented in a clear and concise fashion, very helpful.

Amy looked after me throughout the buying process whilst Lauren was at the hand over. Both were super to deal with. Matthew was excellent running through the finance and a special shout out to Ross who was super easy going and a pleasure to talk to.
