Really liked the SMS link to track the status of my car whilst I waited for it to be serviced. So much better than waiting and not being informed. MArk was very good.

1 alerted them to the charging port issue at about nine am - they collected the car about 12:30 - fixed the issue and returned it to me by lunch time the next day - and honoured free charge due to common issue.

The service agent Will had to be chased for updates constantly and didnt call back when he said he would. He also claimed the vehicle was being worked on when it wasnt, the car has live tracking showing its movements and when the bonnet is open etc.

I feel that 'Billy' acted like the stereotypical 'used car salesman', and that somehow I have been conned. I still can't believe I ended up leaving a BMW main dealership, not knowing if the car is safe to drive.
