The team is super accommodating as accidentally I took my car a week earlier as I messed up my days but they never sent me back and did the relevant works for my car. Mark was very friendly and explained in details about the servicing.

Not satisfied with the customer service for the past 2 years - I've complained repeatedly nothing changes - for example car wasn't even washed or vacuumed the last time despite Sytner sunningdale having for the whole day

Sunningdale not able to fix the issue with my car for past 10 months and I have been constantly experiencing repeated issues. Finally, Sytner Sunningdale gave-up and they were making the issue more complex.

The service agent Will had to be chased for updates constantly and didnt call back when he said he would. He also claimed the vehicle was being worked on when it wasnt, the car has live tracking showing its movements and when the bonnet is open etc.

I left the car in the morning, was later advised that it should be 4 pm for the MOT & oil change to be done. I called at 5 pm, got a call back at 5:35 pm to be told that I needed to collect the car by 6 pm, when I suggested 6:10 pm, they said no.

I was overcharged for the Front wiper blades. I was charged full RRP at £63.24 whereas I had agreed on the digital checkin app to pay £39.99. Sytner have requested my bank details and said they will give me a rebate but it has not happened yet.
